Although not many people probably played this or the incredibly good first one, NOLF2 (as we call it in the biz) is easily one of the best 1st person shooters of all time. Set in the 60's, this James Bond/Austin Powers parody starring Cate Archer was a funny, action filled adventure which never slowed down. Shooting mimes in Italy and slicing up female Ninjas in a trailor park with a tornado bearing down was just some of the cool stuff this game had to offer. Not only that, but it looked crazy good and had a sweet voice cast and music to go along with it. If you've never played NOLF1 or 2, I suggest you at least try them out.
